About Us
Tyrewise was formed in 2006 as part of vehicle recycling specialist, Charles Trent Ltd.
Tyrewise specialises in the supply of new tyres, ‘reclaimed’ part-worn tyres, alloy and steel wheels, wheel trims and batteries. These products, although ‘reclaimed’, are carefully inspected for damage and suitability for re-use in line with current legislation before they are sold. This gives you complete confidence in our products - there's no question of putting safety at risk!
Tyrewise employs experienced trained staff and offers customers a complete tyre and battery service. We welcome trade, fleet and personal customers.
Our Commitment to the Environment
At Tyrewise we know how important it is to do our bit for the planet. Motor vehicles do have a big impact on our environment, but Tyrewise helps to reduce this in a number of ways, by:
- Supplying good quality ‘reclaimed’ products such as part-worn tyres, wheels and batteries. The use of ‘reclaimed’ parts significantly reduces the need for the manufacture of new products, saving enormous amounts of energy and natural resources
- Offering customers advice on fitting, maintenance and care of wheels and tyres in order that their useful life can be maximised
- Ensuring that all waste products (such as scrap tyres, wheel weights, batteries) are recycled or disposed of in the proper way so they do not end up dumped at the side of the road!
Apart from the environmental benefit, there are the obvious cost-savings, as our ‘reclaimed’ products cost only a fraction of new prices.
